Well, here is the first thing I want you to understand. You need to start thinking about where you choose to place your conscious attention. Think about your conscious attention as your own personal ray of light; and that anything you choose to focus this ray of light on will appear in your life. If you choose to always focus on how everything is going wrong, then in your life you will only be aware of all of the things that are going wrong and this will affect you negatively.
However, if you choose to instead shine your light on all of the positive things in your life, and recognize all of the aspects that are going right; then you will suddenly start becoming more aware of all of the good that is in your life.
It is through counting our blessings that we find strength; and it is through truly appreciating the little bits of good in our lives on a daily basis that we are able to bring even more good into them.
